Do I have to sign a contract?

No, you do not have to sign any contract. All of our plans are month-to-month subscriptions. You can cancel anytime.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you may cancel your subscription at any time by calling your online presence manager at least one business day before your next billing date.

When am I billed?

Your initial billing will be at signup. Your monthly subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term. Adler Social will charge your credit card on the one month anniversary of your last subscription date, unless you cancel your subscription at least one business day before your renewal date.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes, you may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time by contacting you online presence manager.

Do you offer any discounts for multiple locations?

Adler Social may offer a discount for 2 or more locations. Please contact us for more details.

What if I need more than Adler Social’s plans offer?

How long does setup take, and what does it involve?

The first step of the setup process will be a welcome call with your new online presence manager. During the call, we learn about your business and connect to your existing profiles. Following that call, we do an audit of your existing profiles and optimize where necessary. If you do not have profiles or listings already, then we create new ones for you. Once all profiles are set up according to the latest best practices, we start creating your content strategy. Finally, we begin posting content and responding to reviews within 3 to 5 business days after your welcome call. Please note that the design of your custom website may take longer depending on your needs.
