Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong understanding of Adler Social’s services and best practices
  • Make outbound calls to local businesses across the US
  • Identify and point out weaknesses in prospect’s online presence
  • Set and run online demonstrations of our service
  • Build and manage your pipeline from cold calling to close

Required:

  • B.A, B.S or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling experience MUST BE A STRONG CLOSER!
  • Basic knowledge of social media and review sites (Facebook, Instagram, Yelp etc.)
  • Strong verbal and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, resilient and persistent
  • Open to coaching

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage social media accounts for clients
  • Set up and monitor ad camapigns
  • Create and curate content for clients
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews on behalf of clients
  • Build strong relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor.
    Provide regular feedback and reports to management

Required:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year of account management experience (preferably in the digital space)
  • Basic knowledge of social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.)
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Excel
